Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return:

- For non-defective items: Must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories included
- For defective/damaged items: Contact us immediately upon receipt. You may need to provide photos of the damage.
- For items that arrived damaged in shipping: You may open the package to inspect, but please keep all packaging materials for potential carrier inspection

Note: Ceramic items must be inspected upon arrival for shipping damage. If your item arrived damaged, you may open the package to verify the condition. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
