Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:
Returned items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.

How to Request a Return:
Please contact us at support@nokawildtails.com with your order number and reason for return.
After your request is approved, our customer service team will provide the designated return location and instructions.

Refund Processing:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs:
If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly shipped, we will cover the return shipping cost.
